When you create an account, we collect the email address and basic profile information provided by our authentication provider (Clerk). When you upload a job offer letter for analysis, we temporarily process the document contents to generate your risk assessment, compensation breakdown, and negotiation guidance.
Uploaded offer letters are processed to generate your analysis and are automatically deleted from our systems within 24 hours. We do not use your uploaded documents to train AI models, and we do not sell or share document contents with third parties.
We use Clerk for authentication and Dodo Payments for processing credit purchases. These providers process the minimum data necessary to perform their function (e.g. account sign-in, payment processing) under their own privacy policies.
All data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Analysis results and account data are stored using our infrastructure providers' standard encryption at rest.
You may request deletion of your account and any associated data at any time by contacting us at zaman.ishtiyaq@gmail.com.
